QuickCards privacy policy

Effective 28 October 2026

Who we are

QuickCards (package com.quickcards.app) is a local-first card organizer published by Surety. Privacy contact: support@surety.money.

What the app stores

You can enter card details (card number, expiry, CVV, name on card), plus a bank, card type, network, tags, a note and an optional payment due day. Holder, bank, card type, network and tag names are stored too.

All of it stays in the app's private storage on your device. Card number, expiry, CVV, holder name, note, archive reason and the bank name stored on each card are encrypted with a key held by the Android Keystore. Bank, card type, network, tag and card-variant names are plain labels because they are not card data. There is no QuickCards account, no QuickCards server, no analytics, no advertising and no crash-reporting SDK.

What the app does not do

QuickCards does not request the INTERNET permission and does not transmit your data to us or to anyone else. We cannot see your cards. We do not collect, sell or share your data.

Permissions and why

Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you delete it. Settings › Backup › Erase all data permanently deletes cards, holders, banks, types and tags, and resets networks to the built-in defaults. Uninstalling the app removes its private storage. A backup you exported is outside the app and must be deleted by you.

Children

QuickCards is a personal organizer for adults and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this URL and in the app with a new effective date.
